Wolseley "Wiki"
This is YOUR Wolseley info sharing resource! Please feel free to contribute something – ANYTHING! - for this page! We have started the ball rolling by putting in a boring old soup recipe. But you can submit whatever you like, as long as it does not violate obvious boundaries of appropriate content. (A very gray area! But please keep in mind that this page can be viewed by everyone and by all ages and submit accordingly.) This is not really a "wiki" at all - we just wanted to get your attention! It will be a moderated forum, as we have to guard against abuse; we don't have enough personnel on board to relinquish control! (Yet!)

Eventually the content will determine the structure of the site: "Form follows function." If we don't get many submissions, that will tell us something too and we will adjust our strategy accordingly! If you have any questions or comments please do not hesitate to contact us!

Oh yeah, the recipe:
Pasta e Fagioli Soup
  • 2.5 cups clamato juice
  • 1 28-oz can pureed tomatoes (including juice)
  • 1 14-oz can consomme
  • 1 14-oz can chicken broth
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef, sauteed
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 2 14-oz cans kidney beans
  • 2 cups corkscrew pasta, cooked

  • Bring clamato juice, tomatoes, consomme, chicken soup and spices to a boil. Simmer for half an hour. Saute ground beef until thoroughly browned. Saute onions until soft. Add cooked onions, cooked ground beef, & beans to soup. Simmer for an hour. Add cooked pasta and simmer for another 20 minutes. Top with grated parmesan. Enjoy!
