Web 2.0 - The current mind frame on what the web is becoming. Not a technology but a term that describes user centric application design. You can read the whole bit on Wikipedia. There is a clear visual style to sites developed within what would be considered Web 2.0.

The last link is to a site that sells templates. For a bit of money you can have a professional design to fit your content within. Problem here is that there may be other (many?) sites that are using the same design. Not a good thing if you want to be unique. Still I feel this is a good place to go to look at some concepts when developing designs of your own.
