Welcome to the LK Creative website. Allow me to introduce myself and give you a little bit of information about this site. First off, My name is Larry Kowalski, hence the LK. I've been in the Graphic Arts field for close to 18 years. Through those years I've witnessed many changes in the industry. From transitioning from analogue film to desktop publishing to web publishing, I've seen my fair share. In working through these changes I have gained extensive knowledge and skills and have applied them to many different kinds of projects. This site serves as a way for me to present some of those projects to family, friends, potential employers or just curious surfers.

A few things to note. I built this site not only to serve as my portfolio, but also as an assignment for a recent course I was attending. One of the many taken thus far in my goal of achieving my Web Developers Certificate. As a challenge for myself I decided I wanted to build a site without using a table based layout or any javascript and have almost everything defined with CSS. I was successful in completing this challenge. The other requirement was that the entire site needed to be hand coded in a text editor. Done. Albeit after many many hours.
