Smoothie's:

Ingredients:
  • 7 large strawberries
  • 1 (8 ounce) cup container lemon yogurt
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
Instructions:
  1. Place strawberries in a plastic container and freeze for about an hour.
  2. In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, yogurt and orange juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve
